Who should not take Cialis?

Cialis should not be used by patients taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin tablets or patches) or any alpha blocker other than FLOMAX 0.4mg daily because the combination of these with Cialis could significantly lower blood pressure and lead to fainting or even death in some men.

Since I was surfing on net i find this thing.It really made me scared that How can we Know the bad effects of cialis...I Know that is good effects are much better than its bad effects.....So little bit precautions can really help us..........Do anyone can tell me about the another info. which we should know about??
