The main reason behind erectile dysfunction problem is lack of blood flow into penis. The excessive use of alcohol, smoking and some other drugs, decreased the blood flow and erection into sexual drive.

The anti impotency drugs such as Viagra, cialis and Levitra are used to fight with impotence problem. These all drugs produced the PDE-5 enzyme which is responsible to increase blood flow into penis. This enzyme relaxes the walls of the blood vessels to increase blood flow.
